How can you relieve back pain from nerve damage?

Depends on cause: Nerve damage is a generic term. The ways to relieve your pain depend on the exact cause. Have you had an MRI of your spine? Have you had an emg/ncv to more clearly define/describe this "nerve damage"? Medications such as Lyrica (pregabalin) and Cymbalta help to "quiet" nerve damage. There are various injections that may help.

First, understand : That nerve pain is pain radiating into the leg with back pain that may or may not be associated with it. If there is no leg pain, then there could be one of multiple reasons for your back pain that if it has persisted or progressed in spite of having it for some period of time you should see your doctor if otc medication, time & activity modification don' t help, get checked
