Many things: Wow. There are a lot of things that can cause pelvic pain in a female. The type of pain; timing of the pain (when it occurs, if it occurs before menses), relieving factors, associated GI or urinary symptoms, are all important features that could help to better pin down where the pain is coming from. Without more detail - it is a very broad topic and hard to say the exact cause.
