When put a tampon in, i feel a twinge on right side when pushing it up. i have no right tube but left only and both ovaries. inserted as normal. why?

Possibly Scar Tissue: That twinge may simply be scar tissue from the removal of your right fallopian tube. If not severe, nsaids (tylenol, advil, aleve, (naproxen) etc) can be used for pain or prior to intercourse if this also causes discomfort. Have your doc do a careful exam at your next annual (or if it worsens) to ensure that it's not related to an enlarged ovary. Take care.
