Can be kidney stone: Pain radiating from the flank region to the inguinal region can be due to renal colic, and pain cause by passing of kidney stone. Other causes can cause the symptoms, including: ovarian cyst, mittelschmerz, or pain due to ovulation, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, muscle strain (obturator or psoas muscles), cystitis from urinary bladder infection.
