See below: It sounds innocent enough. If you haven't had him to his optometrist yet for a screen refraction, now would be a good time to do it.

Probably normal: Your description could be normal and behavioral in nature or it could blinking due to mild eye irritation. Try using artificial tears to lubricate the eyes when the blinking is noticed. If no improvement, see an eye doctor.
