My sonogram says 6 weeks, 3 days, on july 19, 2012, it dated conception to june 18, or 19, i think i got pregnant june 9 or 10. is this possible?

Doubt it: It's always tricky working backwards, but a 1st trimester ultrasound (if done correctly) should be accurate to within one week, or +/- 3-4 days. I personally believe they are accurate to within a day or two. The conflict in dates you give is almost 10 days, that's hard to explain unless the sono is poor quality.
