Hello please help me out, did an ultrasound and it says i am 5weeks 3days pregnant (september 6) can this tell my exact conception date? i am scared and suicidal please help me with a response?

With multiple acts and/or partners the exact one that resulted in a pregnancy may be very difficult to determine. The pregnancy dating normally has an error of 2 or 3 days, and then counting back to conception is not exact. At 5 weeks 3days you would be about 3 weeks 3 days from conception. plus or minus 4 or 5 days. In addition, conception may occur from intercourse up to nearly a week earlier.
