Hello,ultrasound says 5 weeks 2 days of pregnancy on september 6. this put conception around 12th -13th of august. could this be accurate as i am 20 weeks and 5days pregnant today?

Any estimate of the duration of pregnancy has a margin of error of about 2 weeks on either side. Get regular antenatal care. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!

Early ultrasound dating is usually considered accurate within a few days, which is consistent with the rest of your dates. Keep in mind though that the act of intercourse that resulted in conception may precede conception by several days.
