Check test: So you don't know if you've actually conceived? The very earliest anything would be detected on ultrasound would be seeing the gestational sac as early as 18-21 days after conception, but this is often too early to see much. 5-6 weeks is more reliable. Rather than diagnosing pregnancy with an ultrasound however, you should take a pregnancy test or get a blood test at your doctor's office.
