Sinusitis: I would get a ct sinus (imaging study) from my doctor to see if it is a sinus infection as well as to determine the extent of the sinusitis to direct therapy.

See an ENT: Aspiration of the sinus for culture and sensitivity of the causative organism will assist in choosing an alternative to pcn or sulfa if necessary. With frequent infections you may need imaging studies (ct), and possibly surgery. Using antibiotics without a culture after multiple infections is not a good idea.
