Meat, liver, tablets: Vegetarians have a lot of influence, so government guides to getting enough dietary iron are full of recommendations for stuff like spinach (only popeye can absorb the iron) and peanut butter, which is silly. If you're found to be iron deficient and it's not from diet, your physician will search for a cause of blood loss that may reveal important disease.
