Multiple causes: Tachycardia can cause the other symptoms and could be due to an abnormality of the heart's electrical system. Or, anemia, blood loss, hormonal abnormalites, herbal or otc or prescription medications could be the cause. The evaluation begins with a full history and physical examination, followed by targeted tests probably starting with an ekg.
