Wouldn't smoke sulfa: I would definitely not smoke the sulfamethoxazole! but seriously, there are no known drug interactions, so marijuana smoking would not interfere with the actions of sulfamethoxazole. There is some evidence that marijuana may sometimes suppress immune function but it is not clear if this is really the case. To be cautious, if you have an infection it would be wise to avoid or minimize marijuana use.
