No real good : Topical. I still think oral med are the best with laser therapy running second and topical remedies running way behind the two front runners.

I presume you mean: Topical products. Topical medications have only a small chance of working and that's for superficial fungal infections with little or no thickening of the nail. The challenge lies in penetrating the nail plate along with the fact that the nail grows so slowly. There's no easy and quick way that is also guaranteed to work.
