Many possibilities: Topical solutions, oral medications, laser treatments, surgical removal, homeopathic remedies, etc. The most used treatment is oral Lamisil (terbinafine) tablets once daily for 90 days. See a podiatrist for what may be best for your specific needs and expectations.

3 types of treatment: I offer at least 3 different treatment modalities, dependent upon my patient's health, severity of the infection and what suits their lifestyle best. I offer formula 3, the first topical anti fungal with significant success rate. Oral terbinafine works well under controlled patient groups and now i offer laser treatment- the newest yag laser which was recently approved by the fda

Oral medication: Such as laminal assuming you can take it has the best efficacy to date. Laser is likely second, with topicals effective at best 10% of the time. One could utilize any of the above together and increase the odds of successful treatment.
