Night Guard: If you wake up with sore teeth every morning, you most likely are grinding your teeth at night. Its call bruxism. You could get a night guard to protect your teeth at the drug store. If that helps you are in luck. If not, you should visit your dentist because you might need a specialized guard. Also its important to avoid stimulants, such as caffiene in the evening, as this could contribute.

Grinding Teeth: I would see your dentist and ask about a few questions. Ask them to make you a nightguard or orthotic to help you protect your dentition. Also have them check your occlusion (your bite) and also have them check you for airway issues. These things may help you stop grinding your teeth or at least protect you from grinding your teeth away.
