"Absolutely sure": Unfortunately, it doesn't seem that our answers or suggestions are meeting your needs. A good neurological exam, eeg, lumbar puncture, mri, and ongoing observation are the best tools we have at the present time; genetic analysis can clarify any familial tendencies. For best care, you need your own physicians who can work closely with you. Please seek medical care in your own locale. Be well.
