Possible : Sometimes people need to be treated again. It is a good idea to get retested after treatment. Also yeast infections are common after antibiotics.

Here are some ...: I assumed you're treated after tested (+) for chlamydia, not by symptoms alone. As to the return of chlamydia-infection-related Sx, one needs to analyze the onset, degree, duration, evolution, and progress of the symptoms and their related after resuming sex over time + physicals + tests as needed so to confirm if the SX is still chlamydia-related or others. So, check it out correctly before Rx..
