Could be...: Especially if you're having fever, nausea/vomiting, or have no appetite. But it can also be many other things. Kidney stones probably won't cause the symptoms you're describing. The only way to know for sure is get checked by your doc and have a good abdominal exam done. If your belly pain is increasing, see your doc now!

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You have presented more than a few issues. which appear to be unrelated. It is not like to be appendix alond. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
