Generally yes: Anything over 90% is considered acceptable for most people at rest. Below that level supplemental oxygen may be prescribed. If your sats drop dramatically with any exertion or during sleep, you might still need oxygen for those activities. If you are short of breath even with the 93-94% readings, discuss it with your doctor.
