Ablation: Ablation is best for excessive menstrual bleeding. In your situation, the intercourse triggers the bleeding. I would suggest a diagnostic hysteroscopy to look inside the uterus and cervical canal before the ablation. I presume you already had a normal inspection of the external genitalia, vagina and the cervix.

It may help: Bleeding during intercourse may come from the uterus, cervix or vagina. An endometrial ablation should help if the bleeding is from your uterus.
