What part of the stomach cramps during sports?

Hmmmm?: In high activity sports or in sports requiring abdominal muscle use, it is the muscles that usually cramp. This can be due to use and Lactic Acid buildup or could be due to electrolyte issues. Just fatigue can be the source too. Usually not the stomach (digestive sac) that is causing the pain unless it is the pangs of hunger that are hurting. Stay well hydrated!

Abdominal muscles: The actual stomach does not cramp, it is the abdominal muscles that do.
