painful cramps during menstrulation and still there after its ended :'( when i move sharp pains in my lower stomach.. help :((?

Not normal: These symptoms don't sound normal. It's okay to have cramps with your period, but movement should not cause pain! if these symptoms are new, i'm concerned that you may have an ovarian cyst, or even an ectopic pregnancy. I think it's worth the trip to the doctor.
