My 11 days old newborn did not pass urine in 10 hours should i be worried?

No: You have 24 hours. Unless baby has poor intake then it would be a problem . Can get dehydrated quickly . Need to increase nursing and /or supplement with formula if supply is low. Baby may be fussy, lethargic / listless . See your pediatrician asap.
