Concerning.: The variety of symptoms you describe (arms/legs cold and numb, with back pain) can signify many different conditions, some more serious than others. We don't have enough info to say if this is an urgent matter or not, but at the very least if these symptoms have come on suddenly and are new, you should take this very seriously.
