My neck and back are hurting and causing my legs to tingle and my arms to go numb what's that mean?

Cervical radiculopat: A cervical radiculopathy cause by a disc affecting the nerve which exits it causes pain, numbness, and tingling to radiate down the upper extremities. Sometimes this is accompanied by headaches, spasms, and tightness or weakness. Neurologists treat and evaluate this by exam, and testing including emg/ncv exams and a cervical spine mri.

I have neck pain and even if I am sitting down or lying down or not doing anything my hands and feet gets old but not on a regular basis. I have no numbness or tingling on my arms or legs even I am relax my hands and feet will get cold.
