Seen...: A gastroenterologist yet? May need endoscopy evaluation. Everything is not always seen on x-ray & blood tests alone.

Visceral ischemia: Her symptoms could be caused by vascular insufficiency of the intestines, especially if her pain occurs any time she tries to eat. This is often missed on testing and by doctors. She needs to have a arterial duplex scan of the celiac and sma. Consultation with a vascular surgeon if this shows blockages of these vessels. Good luck.
