Are there effects of using flovent too much?

Yes: Flovent is an inhaled steorid used in asthma and copd. If used more fequently than prescribed it may have systemic effects like osteoporosis, immunity compromise, water retention and all the side effects ralted to oral cortisone products.When inhaled, oral and esophegela truch (yeast) infections can occur.Only use Flovent as directed by your phsycian, it is not a rescue drug.
