Conjunctivitis: I am presuming you mean conjunctivitis. Well, it depends on the cause. Bacteria causing this can be treated with either an antibiotic drop or ointment. Allergic causes can be treated with eye drops and avoiding the causative agent (if possible). You really need to seek a medical opinion on what is causing your eyes to be red and follow the treatment plan laid out for you.
