Reperfusion pain: After having a revascularization performed, patients sometimes may experience what is known as reperfusion pain. This occurs when tissue that has been lacking adequate blood supply is suddenly given the blood it needs to properly function. This may resolve over time. Close follow up with your vascular doctor is recommended.

Wrap without pressur: By doing 3 layer wrap - inner layer with medicated bandage like unna boots, cotton padding like webril third layer either a coban wrap or ace wrap you can improve lymphatics which will improve pain. The other choices use cats claw, essential fatty acids, phosphatidyl choline, lipoic acid, n-acetyl cysteine. Mix honey with propolis 300mg sublingual q 1 hour will relieve acute pain. My fav cats claw.
