Irregular period. when do i ovulate?

Difficult to tell: When one has irregular menstrual cycles it's very difficult to determine when ovulation is. Sometimes doing a basal body temperature chart maybe helpful. At times ultrasound can be helpful in addition to Progesterone blood testing.
