Suspicious for UTI: Not all patients with urinary tract infections (utis) actually burn while urinating; frequent urination and stomach pain are sometimes the only clues. Irritation of the urethra (outlet tube of the bladder) however can mimic utis unrelated to infection. The safest & surest way to resolve your question practically is to contact your physician tomorrow for a proper physical exam including urinalysis.
