No problem!: The amount of radiation reaching your womb from dental x-rays even without a lead apron is negligible and comparable to the cosmic radiation you are exposed to daily just like everyone else. No need to fret and worry - take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily and best of luck with your new pregnancy!

Relax: Now that you now you are pregnant you can make sure that you get the prenatal care that you need for you and your baby. I am not going to downplay this, you and your fetus were exposed to x rays. The good news is that it was only 4 and dental x rays generally don't require much to expose a small film or even better a digital sensor. Also the beam is focused to the mouth but x rays do scatter a bit.

Ask: Not a problem. The amount of radiation is less than if thou spent a day in the mountains skiing. That said, radiation is cumulative. Probably not enough to do any harm. But next time you need x-rays of any sort be proactive, ask for lead shield before x-ray is taken.
