I have to have your appendix removed if you have minor appendicitis? what do i do?

Antibiotics: appendicitis comes in various forms where a mild inflammatory process can occur or performation and abscess develop. If symptoms are mild and the WBC not too high, conservative treatment can be employed using antiboitics. If there is resolution then any appendectomy can be put off.
