Possible: It is possible not to feel lymphnodes by a doctor during physical examn. History, sore throat with pseudomembranous pharyngitis, enlarged lymphnodes-especially neck ones, palble mild to moderate speen enlargement, fever are other things that may help in addition to the monospot serology test to confirm diagnosis.
