Osteopathic physicians have additional training in the musculoskeletal system and may be able to find the root of the problem or offer additional treatment or therapy (to include osteopathic manipulative medicine)depending on what is found on physical exam and further review of the history.

Yes: I note many with low back injury stand crooked with one shoulder lower & head tilted toward lower shoulder side. Leading edge girth of superior trapezius (st) on higher shoulder side often twice size of other one; likely from chronically supporting a tilted head. Larger st often spastic & painful mid-body & insertion on superior scapula spine. Large breasted women with this commonly migraineurs.
