Could very well B...: What was the trauma, was there LOC?Auto Accident? Post concussion syndrome is a possibility. Or trapezius strain can cause occipital HA. Start in the back of the head go over the top & settle behind the eyes. Can B 1sided or both sides.U nneed a neurological work up as well ask a head CT & MR of the neck. This will r/o any serious problem. GOOD LUCK!
