OTC meds: For over the counter treatments try advil (ibuprofen) or alleve with dramamine or bonine. Give it a day or two and hopefully you will feel fine. If not you should see an ENT doctor. From your brief description it doesn't sound as if your symptoms are that severe. If you do consider them to be "severe" then see an ENT sooner.
