What does ring worms look like on a kiddo?

Let explain: A ringworm rash usually appears as a scaly patch with an outer edge that is raised and red. As the patch spreads, the inside of the circle may appear much paler and actually seem to be healthy again. The patch may be single or actually several overlapping circles.
