See the website: http://www.cdc.gov/growthcharts/clinical_charts.html for boy or girl, birth- 36 months. It's best to do weekly " weight checks" at your pediatrician's office or by a home health nurse unless your scale is medical-grade & recently balanced by a professional. Weight, head circumference & recumbent length must be done by the same person, the same way, on the same equipment every time, to be valid.
