Many!: There are many treatment options! but first u need an evaluation to find the cause. Probably need a sonogram, some labs/tests, and also rx depends on whether or not u plan to have more children. Some options (which may or may not work for u depending on what's causing ur pain) include: ocps, a Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud, other medications, an ablation, laparoscopy, or hysterectomy (last 3 r surgeries).
