Stay empty: If the bladde is empty then you can't leak urine. The important question is why you leak. Is it related to activities like lifting or trampoline jumping or is is something that suddenly happens with a feeling of urgency. Activity leaking is improved with kegel exercises, weight loss, pessaries, surgery. Urgency leaking is related to dietary irritants, nerve dysfunction, smoking.
