Bacterial vaginosis?: The main cause of vaginal discharge with odor is bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal vaginal bacteria. You need to get professional care for diagnosis and treatment. Also, BV is associated with a greatly increased risk of STDs, especially gonorrhea and chlamydia, assuming you are sexually active. Don't mess around with this; see a doctor ASAP. Good luck!
