Maybe: Thorazine (chlorpromazine) is a first generation neuroleptic with a low incidence of serious complications. These include metabolic syndrome, extrapyramidal syndrome, serotonin syndrome, malignant neuroleptic syndrome, tardive dyskinesia, agranulocytosis and hepatotoxicity. If these occur, they may have life long consequences.
