Thorazine (chlorpromazine): Is an old antipsychotic, less used nowadays because of side-effects (sedation, liver, blood, heart, muscles). More recent second generation antipsychotics are preferred, such as seroquel or Geodon (ziprasidone) or abilify.

Thorazine: is considered a typical antipsychotic - an older generation. I seldom see it seen anymore - likely due to it's side effect profile.
