Depends on your goal: Recommendation for healthy lifestyle is at least 30 minutes of aerobic activity five times per week. One hour per day is plenty if you are taking a class. I would definitely include one "mind body" session per week such as yoga, two of the weekly work outs should include some form of strength training. Do not forget hydration, balanced eating and rest!

20-30 minutes daily: Depending that person's goals, but generally 20-30 minutes of rigorous exercise daily. Hope this helps.
