What is the bump on my lip line?

Few possibiliites.: Bumps could be from mucoceles from constant biting of lips, leukoplakia - a premalignant condition -common with repeated trauma to lip line like smoking, repeated biting , betel leaves /tobacco chewing- common in asians. Also sqamous cell cancer , vasculitic conditions - lupus, pemphigus with vesicular lesions can cause bumps. Not sure whether your bump is painful or painles, how long it is. See doc.
