Allergy?: If your rash is if sudden onset then it may be an allergic reaction to something you swallowed or ate , or something you were exposed to. Cold shower with or without soap will give temporary relief. Use simple soap, but find out meanwhile what caused this rash.Try an antihistamine meanwhile.
