Should check it out: It sounds a bit worrisome per your description--rebound tenderness means it hurts more when you let go from pushing/palpating the area. This means the inside of abdominal wall (peritoneum) is severely inflammed and needs medical attention (a surgical abdomen) asap. Pushing on left but hurting on r side is also concerning for appendicitis (rovsing's sign). So, consult doc asap. Good luck.
