See physician: Whenever an eye infection is not responding to treatment within a couple days, it's important to see an eye specialist. Sometimes this indicates a serious viral infection or a resistant bacterial infection that could cause damage to the eye. Also possibility of allergy or sensitivity reaction to the drops being used. Contact your physician to be reexamined or referred.

Yes: You can use the meds together but if it is not getting better after 1 week on broad spectrum antibiotics, you may need to consider other etiologies such as viral eye disease. See your eye doctor.
